    We are located on the island of Providenciales (aka Provo) in the Turks and Caicos. The meeting location is dependent upon the activity you have booked and will be specified in your booking confirmation email or through your phone via iMessage.

    We do not service the island of Grand Turk for cruise ship guests.

    We only provide cold bottled water but depending on the location we are at there might be vendors or restaurants selling food and beverages.

    We accept all major credit and debit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. We also accept Cash App, Zelle, Cash and Paypal.

    In the event of bad weather or force majeure, you have the option to reschedule if your schedule permits, or receive a full refund.

    Weather plays a critical role in determining whether or not it is safe to go on the water. Weather is notoriously unpredictable, and last-minute changes can always occur. Please understand that last minute weather changes are completely out of our control. We closely monitor the daily weather forecast to minimize any inconveniences.

    At the moment we do not offer transportation. There are many taxis on the island and all of the hotels have their preferred taxi options.

    The concierge/front desk at your hotel, or your Villa/Airbnb host can call a taxi for you. Your booking confirmation & reminder email will have a Google Maps GPS link with directions to the meeting location.

  • Answer :

    48 hours (2 days) notice of cancellation is required to receive full refund. If you do not show up for your booking, you acknowledge that you forfeit any rights to a refund or to initiate a bank dispute.

    Last minute illnesses, jet lag, a poor mood or hangover are not acceptable reasons to request a refund for a scheduled booking in which preparations have been made.

    Yes, there is free public parking at all of our locations.

  • Answer :

    You will receive all of the pictures that were taken of you, which can range anywhere from 60 to 100+ photos.

  • Answer :

    We have a same day turnaround time. The drone pictures and video will be sent to you before you leave the beach.

  • Answer :

    No, we do not come to hotels, resort or airbnb’s. You will have to come to our beach location, which will be specified in your booking confirmation email or sent to you on your phone via iMessage.

  • Answer:

    Yes, a drone video is included in all of our packages. We would proceed to do your video at the end of your photoshoot session.

  • Answer :

    Our couples option allows 1 person to take solo pictures on the clear kayak or bamboo raft first, and then the other person will join their partner on the clear kayak or bamboo raft to take pictures together as a couple. However, if both individuals would like solo pictures, as well as pictures together as a couple, please select the individual option for 2 adults instead.

  • Answer :

    You have a 2 week grace period after your drone photoshoot to have your pictures resent to you. We do not save pictures for longer than 2 weeks.

  • Answer :

    Please wear something that you will feel comfortable in while taking pictures. Most guests choose to wear swimwear, but you can wear anything you prefer. We suggest any bright colours such as red, pink, purple, blue or orange.

    • Bring a towel and feel free to bring any props; For example: a beach hat, a bouquet of flowers, balloons, etc. Bear in mind that we do offer props as well as a separate package.

    • Please note that there is no changing room or bathroom on the beach.
